Important: Availability of Vistadome seats is subject to IRCTC inventory and operational conditions.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund of train tickets are governed by IRCTC policies. Our service charges are non-refundable once booking assistance has been provided.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per IRCTC timelines
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide correct passenger details
  • To verify ticket details after booking
  • Not to misuse the website or services
  • Not to attempt fraud, chargebacks, or false disputes

Train schedules, routes, fares, and Vistadome coach availability may change due to operational, technical, weather, or administrative reasons. VistadomeTrip shall not be liable for:

  • Coach replacement or removal
  • Seat view obstruction
  • Force majeure events
